Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 15 lbs Avocado pulp
- 6 lbs Diced Tomatoes
- 3 lbs Diced Onions
- 2 or 3 lbs Diced Chili peppers
- 3 T pepper
- 5 T salt
- 3 T garlic powder
- 1/4 C vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 C Lemon juice
- 1/4 C Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 C Chili sauce
This is a very large recipe so you may want to scale it down a bit.
Grind or mash the Avacados, Tomatoes, onions, and peppers. Mix in the rest.
That''s it. You may want to experiment with the portions. I never followed the recipe exactly and sometimes produced a wonderful guac.
