Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 cup bottled water (or filtered)
- 5 peeled, quatered,& de-core small red apples
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 ripe banana (lg)

Peel, de-core, and quarter red apples. Chop ripe banana into chunks. Set aside. Add water to a deep sauce pan and bring to a boil. Then add all ingredients, reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins, or until apples become mushy. Remove from heat and mash ingredients together until smooth and chunky! Serve warm over Tofu Vanilla Ice cream, or chill 1 hour and serve plain. Great late night sweet tooth treat!
