Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 2 cups plain non-dairy yogurt product
  • 1/2 can frozen orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Tamari or good quality soy sauce
  • pinch of garlic
Directions:

In large jar, thaw orange juice, add other ingredients, seal tightly and shake well.

This is great as a full dinner salad with spring greens. I add spinach, a can of manderan oranges and cashews. Sometimes I add grilled, thinly sliced tofu marinated in lime juice.

Serves: 6-8
