Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded or chopped
- 1 1/2 cups potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 1 cup onions, chopped roughly
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon (or according to taste) red chilly powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- oil
Warm oil in a pan and toss all the ingredients in (wow, that was simple!!!).
