Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 6 corns on the cob
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 slice sweet pumpkin
- salt, oil (except olive oil)
Reheat the chopped onion, the red pepper and the garlic cloves (crushed) in the oil till the onion become translucent. Put the corn in the saucepan (if you have a wok, better!). Then, you have to cube the pumpkin and add to the preparation. Low the heat and cook until done. This recipe is very simple, but it''s perfect. I usually eat this dish when I go to Mina Clavero, Cordoba, Argentina for holidays. Try it, it''s delicious! and then tell me.
