Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 mango, frozen and cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/3 cup vanilla soy
- 1/3 cup mango pineapple fruit and veggie juice (i''m not sure if its vegan...if not , just
- use pineapple or mango juice)
- 1 scoop of vanilla soy protein powder...or any sort of protein powder
- a couple of ice cubes
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until you reach the right consistency.... it should be creamy- like. if it''s a bit too watery...add a couple of ice cubes until you''re satisfied....enjoy!
