Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 banana (I like to slice and then freeze them)
- 6-8 raspberries or blackberries
- 1 heaping tablespoon smooth peanut butter
- 4 teaspoons Ovaltine or cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups cold soymilk
Blend in blender. Add more soymilk if it is too chunky.
