Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of light vanilla vegan soymilk
- 2 tablespoons of carob chips/powder
- 1 heaping teaspoon of peanut butter
- vegan sugar to taste
- 6-8 ice cubes
- dash of cinnamon
Combine everything into a blender. (When using carob chips, place the peanut butter and carob chips into a microwave- safe bowl and nuke for about seven to ten seconds. You want the mixture to be smooth and pourable. Then, spoon into your blender. Blend until smooth. Add cinnamon to taste.
