Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 cup vegan soymilk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop soy protein powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 cup ice
- Stevia or other sweetener to taste
Combine ingredients and blend.
This smoothie is delicious, and very healthy. The almond butter supplies vitamin E and monounsatured fat.
