Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 5 or more ice cubes
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup vegan soymilk
- 3 tablespoon frozen orange juice
- 2 tablespoon silken tofu (optional=it adds creaminess and protein)
Crush the ice cubes in a blender. Then add the the orange juice, banana, tofu, and the soymilk. Blend until creamy.
