Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 Tablespoons Pasilla chile powder
- 2 Tablespoons California chile powder
- 2 Tablespoons white flour
- 1 Tablespoon cumin
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground annatto (optional, but nice)
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- salt and cayenne pepper to taste
This recipe is very forgiving. Feel free to adjust proportions to your preference, sometimes I like a little ground Mexican oregano in this mix. This is just like packaged, only cheaper and better quality. Enjoy!!
