Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 3 cup oatmeal
- 1 qt. vegan soymilk soured with 1 tablespoon lemon juice per cup
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon salt
- Ener-G Egg Replacer to equal four eggs
Combine. The batter will be rather thin. Cook on hot griddle (spray if desired) until golden brown.
