Ingredients
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 3 cups quick oats
- 3/4 cup vegan brown sugar or sucanat
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted vegan margarine
- egg substitute for 2 eggs, prepared
- 2 cup soymilk or rice milk
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 13" x 9" pan. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes.
I have also used blueberries in this recipe, but if you decide to do that, make sure they are not frozen, it gets too mushy.
